Dr. Dale Harris

How I came into relationship with Jesus Christ:

How I came to Range:
Through interaction with the pastoral search team at Range over the summer and fall of 2015, God very clearly directed my family to join the ministry here.

What I do at Range:
As the lead pastor, I preach God’s Word, provide visionary and organizational management, oversee operations, develop leaders, pray for God’s people and do as much life-on-life ministry as possible.

Why I do what I do:
Like Paul said in Colossians 1:28-29, my passion is to deliver everyone mature in Christ.

At Range since 2015

How I came into a relationship with Jesus Christ:
Through the ministry of a Christian camp, Fort Wilderness, and by reading the Word of God, the Holy Spirit opened my mind and heart to realize I was a sinner and trusted Jesus Christ’ death on the cross, and His resurrection for full payment of my sin.

How I came to Range:
I began meeting with Pastor Neal Schroeter, doing Bible studies and small groups. Eventually this led to launching Range Community Bible Church. I’ve been involved since Range’s inception.

How I serve at Range:

Dan Borth

How I came into a relationship with Jesus Christ:
Through a Bible story book read to me by my mother when I was 5 years old, I was confronted with the fact I was a sinner, needed forgiveness and would not go to heaven without personally accepting Jesus’ perfect sacrifice for me on the cross. As a result, I prayed with my mother and asked Jesus to forgive my sins and become my Savior. Since this decision I have experienced many growth opportunities and through God’s grace continue to learn what it means to surrender my life to Jesus as my Lord.

How I came to Range:
My family and I have been at Range since 2001 and were drawn to attend by RCBC’s Biblical teaching, family friendly ministries and service opportunities.

How I serve at Range:
At Range my current roles include Elder, Small group leader and Biblical Counselor. In the past I have had the privilege to be AWANA Commander, Building Committee Chair, Administrative/Family Ministries Pastor and Life Group leader.

How I came into a relationship with Jesus Christ:
I spent time with friends who were believers and they encouraged me to attend the Sunday church services after Amway meetings. I watched people answer altar calls for a year or so at quarterly business events and finally stepped forward myself in St Petersburg Florida in 1995. Best choice I ever made.

How I came to Range:
A friend invited me to check out her church, RCBC, which I did. I felt welcome the moment I walked inside and I’ve been there ever since. We hope you find us welcoming as well.
